Brent Morrison

Brent believes that SMEs are the hub of the UK economy. He has worked with 100's of business to help them improve their finance functions, and understand how to grow and create real value in their businesses. He leads an active lifestyle, cycling and swimming the main contributors!

Alan Davidson

Director, FCA, BFP, BSc Hons

Alan has been advising SMEs on their finances for over 25 years. He has seen what works and what doesn't. Outside the office he has been actively promoting competitive swimming and was the president of Kent Swimming. In his youth, he ran the Newcastle city marathon. He wrote a book to help entrepenuers navigate the financial landscapes called "Achieve Your Business Vision", which was an Amazon No.1 bestseller!

Izzy Buras-Rees

Client Manager

Outside the office, Izzy spends a lot of time with friends and family, including her 3 year-old nephew - her favourite person in the world! She climbed Sandakphu, a mountain peak on the border of India and Nepal, while travelling when she was younger. She has skied in over 8 different countries and is a big Liverpool fan!

Alexandra Bowditch

Client Manager, cFAB, AAT, BSc

Alex is AAT and cFAB qualified and close to becoming fully chartered. Interestingly (and admittedly not that relevant(, she is also a qualified fishmonger! Alex is a keen runner and completed a non-stop, 65 mile walk in 2024. Her hair is 24 inches in length - not quite Rapunzel, but not far off!

Lewis Back

Senior Manager, ACA, BFP, BSc Hons

Lewis is responsible for heading up client advice with the team, and heavily involved in strategy. Labeled as the "The Fixer of Everything", and he even has the light on his desk to prove it! Lewis is a keen golfer and also enjoys playing cricket. His biggest fear is heights - although he would love to do a bungee jump one day!

Emma Bassett

Tax Manager, AAT, ATT

Emma is our tax manager, she manages everything tax-related for our clients and is an excellent problem-solver.

Thomas Marsh

Client Adviser, AAT

Tom is our newest member and on his journey to become a chartered accountant. Previously he was an expert mixologist - super handy to have around!
